Determine the User's general geographic location, where he/she has consented, and thus provide him/her with localized content,

What are cookies and other trackers?

Why does BANTOO use cookies and other tracking technologies?
BANTOO and its Service Providers use, if the User has consented, cookies and other technologies for various reasons. Cookies and other technologies enable BANTOO, among other things, to authenticate the User, notably when he/she is connected to the website and/or the application in order to provide the service, to facilitate access to the services (BANTOO offers to remember the User each time he/she connects), to measure the audience for these advertisements and the frequency of the Site or Application (number of pages viewed, number and frequency of visits), to enable BANTOO to provide and analyze its services, to identify its users more precisely, to better understand their interests, and to target its advertising and marketing campaigns. To the BANTOO ecosystem of companies: BANTOO shares the User's data with the BANTOO ecosystem of companies in order to process and store the User's data, give the User access to the Service, provide customer support, make decisions about Service improvement and content development, and also for other purposes that are described in the Data Use section of this Privacy Statement,
To BANTOO’s service providers: BANTOO uses other companies, agents or subcontractors ("Service Providers") who perform certain services on behalf of BANTOO or who assist BANTOO in providing services to the User. BANTOO works, for example, with Service Providers in the field of IT services, to personalize and improve the service, to process credit card and other payment transactions, and to process and administer consumer surveys. BANTOO retains your personal data for a period of three years from the end of our commercial relationship relating to your use of the Service.
If you have also consented to receive our commercial offers, we will keep your data for a period of three years after the last commercial solicitation that we have sent you and to which you have not responded.

Please note that it is not possible to unsubscribe from some of our communications, in particular messages concerning transactions linked to your account.
You can opt to receive push notifications from BANTOO. If you later decide that you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can disable this feature at any time through the settings on your mobile device.

User rights
The User may request access to his/her personal User data, modify it or update it if it is erroneous or obsolete.
